1. No Refund Policy

The TopScholar Pass and related services are non-refundable. Once purchased, the pass provides access to all features, including unlimited assessment attempts, AI performance feedback, professional certificates, and priority support. We recommend reviewing the features and benefits carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is made for the same account, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.
  • Technical Issues: In the rare event that technical issues prevent access to the platform for an extended period (beyond 15 business days), you may request a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, you must:

  • Email us at info@topscholar.xyz within 24 hours of the issue.
  • Include your payment receipt, account details, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
  • TopScholar is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway.
