We want you to be completely satisfied with TopScholar. All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment — no questions asked.

To request a refund:

1. 1Send an email to support@topscholar.xyz within 7 days of your purchase.
2. 2Include the email address you used for payment and your order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
3. 3We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

• ✗Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund
• ✗Refunds are not available for chargebacks or disputed payments — please contact us first

TopScholar subscriptions are one-time payments. Your plan simply expires at the end of the purchased duration (4 months or 1 year). We will never automatically charge you again. There are no recurring fees, no hidden charges, and no cancellation needed.

The free plan is always available at no cost (3 optimizations per month). No payment information is required. If your paid plan expires and you choose not to renew, you'll automatically continue on the free plan.
