Is TopScholar free to use?
Yes! Free accounts get 3 resume optimizations per month with basic ATS scoring. Paid plans (₹599/4 months or ₹899/year) unlock unlimited optimizations, AI rewriting, and PDF/DOCX export.
What file formats can I upload?
TopScholar accepts PDF resumes. We parse the content using AI and preserve your original formatting and information.
Can I export my optimized resume?
Yes — paid plan users can export their optimized resume as PDF or DOCX, formatted for ATS compatibility.
How does the ATS fit score work?
Our AI compares your resume against the specific job description and generates a match score (0–100%). It highlights strengths, gaps, and missing keywords so you know exactly what to improve.
Is my resume data safe?

How do I cancel or get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email support@topscholar.xyz within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscriptions don't auto-renew — they simply expire at the end of the purchased duration.
The extension widget is not showing up on a job page. What should I do?
Make sure you're on a supported job site and viewing an individual job posting (not a search results page). Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us with the URL of the job posting.
I paid but my account still shows as free. What happened?
Payment activation usually takes a few seconds. Try logging out and back in with your email. If the issue persists, email support@topscholar.xyz with your payment email and order ID.
